Oasis have been added to the World Gen, they even have a chance of spawning a tree or some foliage next to them.
Will have to work on the random chance though, can't have too much water in the desert!

You can refill your Watering Can at them, also put Water in Glass Bottles for Alchemy and stuff!
Probably gonna make the Oasis a bit prettier, but it works as proof of concept for now! 
I also did one with a winch and bucket...
