I'm adding new stuffs which didn't make it into the game before. Starting from new background layers as shown in these shots:

I was also very much sick and still is when I was working on this
I THINK that's all fixed and working? Gained loads of FPS back.
I thought I'd need to remove another nested for loop, but since Ground Surface is only done once I don't.
Only issue is I've lost the dust cloud when adding Paving.

Conceptual New home replacement
Toriel resides in the large castle, specifically at the top of the spire
Papyrus fight/judgement would happen right before you ascend the tower in a cathedral style room
GOT IT!
Ground draws right for world, and UI.
Now to get back to improving frame rate*.
*current is with WAY too many chrome tabs open.
