You have gotten a new PC at a garage sale in real life. You open the PC to see that UnderSwap was preinstalled, and you see text documents saying that the owner of the PC before you bought it was a modder and they altered the code of UnderSwap to make Papyrus remember the previous owner's genocide runs.
