It actually happened and today i didnt believe it was happening today but it did WOOOOHHH!
I made a "Pooh's Adventure-like" mockup of the character select (for my ROMHACK). if there's a "?" next to a Character, that means it's currently undecided who they'll be for the mod.
i know it might seem like a stretch.. but what if mario kart 9 had SKINS for the RACERS?
