Got my Minecarts working right!

Had to add a better rotation option for cycling the directions and added back in the Destroy menu option.

I had to make sure this feature carried over from the Unity version. Get some good Cary Levi reaction images in there

* Now i create new VFX with niagara
* A New mesh for the static enemy, hit VFX and better UI
* Also a flashlight that activates when you aim

I always wanted a Turrican boss on the game and I went with the easiest one.

Too bad we don't have his stage sprites, so I am using a Hagane one.
