For day 1101 of coding; I ran the game through GMS2's debugger and found the area in the code where the extra depth change happened, but it's not immediately clear what caused the change

Never really shown off any of the cutscenes in the game before, so here's one I'm particularly happy with! This cutscene is where we gain access to the first proper level of the game. The Caves.

I made a Newgrounds profile to show off stuff for my game. That'll also be one of the places where I'll release the free demo.
