Portal is definitely up there for me! 
The game experiments with the simple concept of creating two portals and makes such compelling and enjoyable puzzles.
I love it! 
The most interesting things appear at the most unexpected moment, but you shouldn't expect the outcome to be so simple that the secret of the past isn't hidden behind the mask
