I have made the cargo ship!
In multiple instances a cargo ship will be used. i just decided to have some fun and make it! It looks pretty simple though, so i might tweak it a bit later.

I think that's it?
Culled NPC's seem to be moving ALMOST the same speed as Unculled ones.
They actually move slightly faster, but I can probably use value-1, or multiply by 10, round, then div 10 to reduce the decimal count.
