My next horror game in development.

Your teacher, Ms. Trunchboar, may have a little bit of a problem

Hi, #screenshotsaturday! I worked on lighting for interiors in #UE5. This scene only has one directional light and emissive materials. There are so many hidden settings that can help without using many lights.

So I decided to try and render a scene using Blender and Unreal Engine since I know a bit about 3D modelling.
I'm quite surprised with how it turned out, as it is my first time rendering a scene like this.
NOTE: The file was "kinda" huge (38MB 8K)

These are some splash animations I recently added. They are not crazy elaborate, but hopefully add some weight to important events. Feedback welcome :)

I've got sone exciting news: the latest patch for the BattleJuice Alchemist Playtest is live on Steam and it includes the new tower building mechanics!
Read the article below and make sure to tell me about the game breaking tower designs you come up with!

I added a ComboMeter prototype system for button-mashing skills. It's a silent judge giving glowing scores. Just don't blame us if you get a little too competitive with yourself. It happens to the best of us.

I added new gore parts to the game. Here is a short video from a test if the functions work for this correct. Also testing how a slowdown after a headshots could look like.

Hi! I have created local volumetric fog using volume textures in UE5. That gives me more control to add creepiness where I need it in my level design.
What do you think?
I've uploaded the currently latest version of the game!
Two bugs have been found, which will be fixed in the next update:
The shop interface sometimes hides the cursor.
The bombling regrowth animation doesn't work as intended and may be quite confusing.
