Added manual gearing & Fixed camera re-centering
Currently the gearing is in blueprints but I'm gonna try moving it into the depths of hell aka c++

Tomorrow, for people who have keys, the first version of the Raťafák demo will be available for testing, and the full game might be released sometime next year, but we can't promise anything.
