Ok I set it up, so lets see how this goes. Chunks now each have their own Cloud Particle, so I can change their opacity independently. I don't think this should effect performance...

Hmm, more Cloud stuff. Definitely seems like I'm going to need separate particles for each chunk if I want them to adjust opacity when the player is under them.

Unless I don't care that it effects all of them...
