Ballon boy just wants to get to know you better, he wants to be your friend, he was created for that, to make friends, but he was discarded and then rebuilt now with completely different intentions.
Sparky is now done! 
I'll work on his more withered variant later.

Alright, so I made a whole VHS filter for the render directly in Blender! I took the VHS compositor node from a tutorial and then I made the rest of the texture, like film grain, RGB curves, scaling and more! Tell me what I should improve in the comments!
