Hi everyone! Drew my OC but with my current hair and the hair I want (kinda)
My long hair has been bothering me recently. It’s super hard to manage and it’s uncomfortable sometimes.

Trying to update my character "Spiffy" and make him smaller but something is off. Maybe his proportions or something... Any help or changes?

If you give me a Pokemon name from generations 1 through 6 (no Pokemon from Sun and Moon onwards), I will give myself a minute to attempt to draw it from memory and then reply with my result.

Here's a little art tip. 
If you're having trouble getting your character's eyes to match, try this:
If you're right-handed, sketch the eye on the left first. If left-handed, sketch the eye on the right first. Then work on both evenly until finished.
