Hey so the drawing I'm making for my Sonic AU looks nice so far as the simple concept sketch ^^
But I have a question for y'all.
Should I draw the Background or Foreground first?

pixel art guide on Tumblr, and I must say... it's fantastic! 
It's a perfect resource for artists who find pixel art and art in general challenging. I highly recommend giving it a read!
