Fixed Building rotation! I've got it set to the "Cancel" button, and with the previous bug it wasn't working right. Not all buildings can be rotated, but things like the Firework Launcher can!

I made Apiaries work when offscreen but I've found a bug with Saving, seems if you're too close to a building at Save, when you re-load the game can't make the Building. Dang collision boxes!!
