Here is how I use Blueprints instead of Static Meshes to build my levels in UE5...

Little #UnrealEngine tip:
If you want to make a very simple scene instantly look 10x better, just add some basic glowing materials.

Combine this with some fog & refective materials, and you're done! For example, my game "Every Second" 😎
