New game update: 1.3.0.0

Quests now have basic functionality. Started working on buildings and close-quarters cameras. Also started the player dictionary.
And finally we have the beginning of battling. It would have been more productive, but I got distracted by some 5FDP
i may just be working on a new game... go check out space darts now!!
