For #Devruary day 23, what kind of feedback helps.

Well that's a tough one...I guess positive feedback to help know what I'm doing right and what's working.

I can take criticism if they tell what they like too and not just criticize, that's hard for me.

#Devruary The kind of feedback that helps me most is "constructive criticism with a spoonful of sugar" - it ALWAYS helps to let the dev know they're doing something right despite needing improvement. Bonus points if the critic is invested in the project.
