I had to lock in for school so there hasn't been much progress but I have a screenshot of the WIP Pentathlon game! 
I couldn't post for a little bit...
I'm sorry! 
I was able to get the navigation build time during initial load down to like 3 seconds.
The game runs much smoother now - part of the problem was my approach to finding path for chasing player, alongside navigation invokers
Work completed
I finally finished Meeple from Brawl Stars, my new favorite character, please leave in the comments who you want me to draw
