I found a way to code on the other computer so while i may be slow i am making progress regardless
Be careful making inputs in an actor is not a good practice.
I spent several hours understanding why when I use Input in an Actor (and not a Player Controller) it cannot make Replication style requests (Server, MultiCast).
Well actually it's normal.
